90° WATER DUMP CHUTE
SPECIFICATIONS
- 90° Water Dump Chute installed on the back of your tanker swivels manual from side to side 180° making the chute complaint with NFPA 1901 section 19.5.2.2*
- Three position locking mechanism position the chute; curb side, street side and rear.
- The outer extension pipe will extend and retract manual 20”.
- With the adrenaline pumping at the fire scene the outer extension pipe is equipped with stops to keep the tube from being pulled off or pushed on to far.
- 10” air actuated butterfly valve can be operated from a switch in the chassis cab or at the rear of the apparatus. Aluminum bronze butterfly disc and Buna seat keep the valve from corrosion and leaking issues.
- Square to round adapter available for easy retrofit to your existing tanker.
- The two 90° elbows and pipe are constructed out of 5052 aluminum. The aluminum flange and inner tube is constructed out of 6061-T6 aluminum.
- The flange and elbows are welded solid for strengthen and rigidity.
Tank spacers, adapters and interior tank flanges are constructed out of 304L stainless steel. Stainless steel prevents the water microorganisms from attaching the system and causing barnacle build up on the butterfly disc.

Metals, this innovative tanker dump chute system helps same precious time when fighting a fire. with a simple flick of a cab or body mounted switch, the "New Maddic" dump chute automatically extends. Once the chute has extended, the quality Ultraflo® water valve opens, allowing the water tank to be emptied. The whole process takes just seconds and quickly gets the water to where it is needed most.

Dump chutes:
- We designed, developed and tested our new stainless steel dump chutes to make sure you can get maximum flow and minimal leakage out of your system. They come in three sizes 8", 10" and 12" round diameter. Chutes operate either manually or with an air system extension cylinder. The air system can either be operated at the rear of the truck or it can be operated from the cab of the truck. We also offer sensors with lights that will tell the driver that the chute is extended or if the valve is open
