Assault Force 300
These brush trucks are bolted onto a F350 Ford chassis. The bodies are 108" long x 92" wide x 56" high. The side compartments are 22" deep. The bodies are fabricated out of .125 5052 H-32 Aluminum and painted to match the chassis. All Code 3 LED lighting was purchased for the units. Roll-up doors were installed for easy movement around the compartments. One diamond plate hatch is installed on top of the body for maintenance on the skid unit.
At the rear of the unit a E. J. Metals high pressure pump is installed with the following:
Specifications:
- E. J. Metal's high-pressure "Triplex Plunger Pump";
- 18 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard twin cylinder gasoline engine;
- 150 foot x 1/2" high pressure hose, MSHA approved (self extinguishing);
- Hose reel, 4 roller mouth, power in, and 3,000 psi super swivel;
- High performance dual nozzle gun with "Instant Change" swivel selector (other gun options available);
- Long lasting powder coat frame with stainless steel hose reel tray.
Performance:
- 8 GPM @ up to 1800 psi;
- Foam agent dosing rate, 0 to 7% field adjustable;
- Foam expansion, AFFF, 4:1 to 5:1;
- 1/4" drain time, 10 plus minutes;
- Range: 40 ft. @ zero degrees, 24 ft. @ angled spray with dual nozzle gun and triplex fire assault device optional;
- 3 gallon fuel tank provides 900 gallon flow prior to refueling.
